Cancellation Policy
Appointment & Deposit Policy: To secure your consultation, a $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied directly toward your total consultation fee of $125.00, with the remaining balance of $75.00 due at the time of service. Please understand that your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because of this, the $50.00 deposit is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under the following conditions: Cancellations or Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. No-shows (failing to show up to your appointment without notice). By completing your booking and paying the deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
