Service Description
Based on your description, the doctor will offer a diagnosis and discuss treatment options. This may include prescriptions (sent electronically to your pharmacy), referrals to specialists (if needed), or recommendations for self-care.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment & Deposit Policy: To secure your consultation, a $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied directly toward your total consultation fee of $125.00, with the remaining balance of $75.00 due at the time of service. Please understand that your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because of this, the $50.00 deposit is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under the following conditions: Cancellations or Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. No-shows (failing to show up to your appointment without notice). By completing your booking and paying the deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. To cancel or reschedule, please contact the office at least 24 hours before your appointment.
