Payment of $295 a month will get you every 3 month: One Sylfirm X treatment for one area ($600 value) One vial of Sculptra ($650 value) Two Hydranity products of your choice ($300 value) PLUS: $100 OFF a treatment with dermal filler or botulin toxin every 3 month
Cancellation Policy
Appointment & Deposit Policy: To secure your consultation, a $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied directly toward your total consultation fee of $125.00, with the remaining balance of $75.00 due at the time of service. Please understand that your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because of this, the $50.00 deposit is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under the following conditions: Cancellations or Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. No-shows (failing to show up to your appointment without notice). By completing your booking and paying the deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. To cancel or reschedule, please contact the office at least 24 hours before your appointment.
